Weld Test Requirements:

<li>Candidates must pass a pipe test on super coupon, 2 7/8” dia, pipe, in the 6G position.</li>
<li>The test will include an open root with a maximum 1/8” opening.</li>
<li>GMAW-S will be used in the downhill direction to fill the root, followed by feathering for a hot pass using FCAW.</li>
<li>FCAW 1/16" will be utilized for all passes from the hot pass to the cap in the 6G uphill position. Visual inspections should be performed between passes to remove slag and ensure no rollover is present.</li>
<li>The cap must be completed with stringer beads, without weaving, allowing slight oscillation to manage heat and speed.</li>
</ul>
Cap visual inspection must meet the following criteria:
<ul>
<li>Maximum reinforcement: 3/16”</li>
<li>No undercut exceeding 1/32”</li>
<li>No cold laps, roll over, or visible imperfections at the toe of the weld</li>
<li>No slag inclusion, cracks, or porosity</li>
</ul>
If the test plate passes visual inspection, it will proceed to Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for volumetric assessment.

Who We Are Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Proven mechanical aptitude and experience operating woodworking and fabrication equipment</li>
<li>Familiarity with architectural building materials and products is highly preferred</li>
<li>Forklift certification or prior experience in a lumber yard/distribution center is advantageous</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
What You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Fabricate interior and exterior door assemblies and frames to exacting standards using equipment such as table saws, routers, chop saws, and pneumatic tool</li>
<li>Inspect all products during fabrication for quality assurance and compliance with specifications</li>
<li>Support logistics by safely loading and securing materials for delivery, ensuring alignment with shipping documentation</li>
<li>Receive, inspect, and organize inbound materials in accordance with warehouse procedures</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment</li>
<li>Assist with periodic inventory counts and warehouse audits</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures and participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions</li>
<li>Safely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 100 lbs. with team assistance</li>
