The Utility Intake Specialist provides initial contact to clients seeking utility assistance. The Intake Specialist greets and assists walk-in clients and responds to client calls and emails. Who you are:
We are seeking an engaging Dental Director for a Full Time role working in a clinical setting. As a member of the health care team, the Dental Director has overall responsibility for the delivery of quality dental services in the ambulatory health care environment. The Dental Director will:
<ul>
<li>Provide patient care including Preventive Education, Emergency Treatment, Diagnostic, Restorative Dentistry, Periodontal Maintenance Therapy, Prosthodontics, Referrals for specialty care, and Referrals to other Health Center Departments.</li>
<li>Monitor the quality assurance activities of the Dental Department.</li>
<li>Develop and coordinate all oral health activities of the Health Center.</li>
<li>Supervise the dental staff, including making recommendations for hiring, promoting and disciplinary action as appropriate.</li>
<li>Conduct department meetings and represent the dental department at staff meetings and at meetings of professional groups.</li>
<li>Ensure that all dental staff carry out their duties in a manner consistent with Health Center Policies and program guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and complete records of all Dental Department activities.</li>
<li>Develop Dental Department protocols and procedures.</li>
<li>Report occurrences such as epidemic outbreaks, poisonings, fires, major accidents, deaths from unnatural causes, or other catastrophes and unusual occurrences within twenty-four hours to the appropriate authorities.</li>
<li>Comply with all MACT policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Perform duties as requested or assigned by the Executive Director.</li>
</ul>
What you need:
<ul>
<li>Graduation from an accredited dental college.</li>
<li>Must have a license to practice dentistry in California.</li>
<li>Minimum of two year's professional experience in dentistry and administrative experience desirable.</li>
<li>Progression throughout dental positions</li>
<li>Current BLS AHA CPR card.</li>
<li>Must adhere to the MACT Health Board, Inc. Corporate Code of Conduct.</li>
<li>Must provide monthly report to Board of Directors on activities during the month.</li>
<li>Must pass Occupational Health Screening.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid form of identification as listed on the U.S. Department of Justice I-9 form, verified using the E Verify system.</li>
<li>Clean DMV driving record and MACT auto insurance driving eligibility (determined by auto insurance carrier).</li>
</ul>
