Senior Accountant Position Summary
The Senior Accountant will oversee essential accounting functions, including cash reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate accounting, Opportunity Zone (OZ) funds, and industry-specific financial practices. Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities
Accounting &amp; Financial Reporting

Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Opportunity Zone (OZ) Fund Compliance

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, investor reports, and tax filings, particularly related to Opportunity Zone (OZ) funds and other real estate investments.

Support the accounting and reporting requirements for Opportunity Zone (OZ) funds, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations and investor reporting.

Required:

Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and real estate-specific financial reporting.
