Required Skills/Abilities

<li>Proficiency in design software such as Microvellum, SolidWorks/SWOOD, and AutoCAD</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with CNC machinery</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Possess strong written and verbal skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Must demonstrate skills and be able to work as a team and cooperate with the staff and production personnel</li>
</ul>

Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in millwork engineering, preferably in the manufacturing industry or combination of a relevant degree and minimum of 3 years of experience</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of cabinetry, furniture, and custom millwork</li>
<li>Strong understanding of AWI standards and guidelines</li>
<li>Experience with CNC manufacturing</li>
</ul>
