Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)</li>
<li>Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)</li>
<li>Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement</li>
<li>Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs)</li>

Plumbing Install Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. The technician must have strong troubleshooting skills, be customer-service oriented, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards.
Hourly + commission 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Install, inspect, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.</li>
<li>Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.</li>

<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.</li>

Job DescriptionThe ideal HVAC Service Technician candidate should have exceptional customer service and HVAC service experience. Successful candidates are organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Service Manager. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Service and repair HVAC systems: Analyze system issues and identify appropriate repair courses of action; prepare written work cost estimates and customer recommendations. Maintain truck inventory. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Complete diagnostic troubleshooting of HVAC Systems, checking the layout of existing HVAC devices and units to plan work procedures properly. </li>
<li>Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Complete repairs and offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance. </li>
