Principal Accountabilities
<ul>
<li>Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial electrical work throughout the facility</li>
<li>Documenting all completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary&nbsp;</li>
<li>Installing, maintaining, testing, evaluating, and repairing various electrical components and systems including low voltage automation systems, medium voltage motor control circuits, and high voltage (&lt;15kV) power distribution systems&nbsp;</li>
<li>Comprehending mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintaining a safe and clean work environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to repair equipment in close proximity to explosives</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned&nbsp; </li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications&nbsp; 
<ul>
<li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Basic computer skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Minimum of one year experience troubleshooting and maintaining various electrical components and systems (low, medium, or high voltage)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work underground in a mining environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Current ATF certification or the ability to obtain one upon hire&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willing to acquire certification&nbsp;</li>
<li>Heavy equipment/industrial maintenance technical diploma from a trade school, or 3 years equivalent experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Predictive Maintenance and/or Precision Maintenance Certifications&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with high voltage (&lt;15kV) power distribution systems&nbsp;</li>
<li>High school diploma/GED or two-year equivalent work experience&nbsp; </li>
</ul>

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for 90 years! We are looking for a reliable Floor Care Technician to join our team! $17 an hour plus a weekly attendance bonus and full benefits! 
 Position Purpose:
Maintain floors and upholstery products as prescribed by the I.I.C.R.C. standards
Functional Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete work as assigned</li>
<li>Promote professional image by wearing a clean uniform each day</li>
<li>Maintain assigned equipment and vehicles for safe, long term operation</li>
<li>Complete work orders and other paperwork necessary on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Report daily work progress to scheduler after every job or at nigh use voice mail system</li>
<li>Night and weekend work call the on duty supervisor at the beginning of your shift, after every job and at the end of your shift</li>
<li>Immediately report any vehicle or equipment problems to supervisor or on voice mail at night.</li>
<li>Call in for job assignments daily at designated time ( night &amp; weekend technicians )</li>
<li>Provide on call emergency coverage as requested</li>
<li>Consult and maintain personal MSDS book</li>
<li>Perform all work in a safe and professional manner complying with Safety Policies, Standards of Conduct and Maintenance Best Practices.</li>
<li>Report job problems or inability to complete a job to supervisor before leaving job site.</li>
<li>Properly use and secure any gas cards, keys, scan cards, pagers, cell phones, etc. issued to you</li>
<li>Make sure you have all chemicals, equipment, supplies, paperwork, maps etc.</li>
<li>Completed all daily audit sheets. Turn them in at the beginning of your shift and at the end of your shift to the assigned supervisor for that day before leaving.</li>
<li>Make sure you have proper directions to all job locations prior to leaving the branch.</li>
<li>Report any accidents or damage to any property including vehicles to management immediately if an injury is involved get medical attention. Fill out accident report and give to office manager within 24 hours</li>
<li>Miscellaneous other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>
</ul>
