Responsibilities:

Requirements:

 Key Responsibilities:

<li> Oversee and continuously improve the company’s safety and health program.</li>
<li> Lead all site inspections, safety audits, and compliance reviews; issue reports and corrective action plans.</li>
<li> Develop and deliver companywide safety training programs, including OSHA 10/30, first aid, CPR, and project-specific sessions.</li>
<li> Serve as the primary contact for all safety-related matters, including OSHA inspections and insurance reviews.</li>
<li> Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks before and during construction.</li>
<li> Track and analyze safety performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.</li>

 Qualifications:

<li> 5+ years of experience in construction safety management.</li>
<li> Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.</li>

<li> OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent) required; CHST or similar credentials preferred.</li>
