A Project Manager is responsible for managing customer orders for equipment manufactured by employer, from the initial bid until final customer payment and satisfactory completion. The Project Manager is expected to take a leadership role with the customer upon the initiation of a project, and coordinate with the various departments within the company to provide typical Engineered system deliverables to the customer such as scopes of supply, design drawings, schedules, and key milestone dates such as delivery and installation/start-up.
The Project manager also complies with Company policies and practices to ensure timely completion of tasks required by the Finance, Administrative, Engineering, Sales, Production, Service, and Procurement departments.
The Project Manager works under limited supervision and is expected to maintain communications with customers and deliver projects to the customer’s satisfaction while optimizing the project’s financial performance.

<li>Travel required. Periodic travel for customer meetings, jobsite fact-finding, installation/start-up support is required. Project Manager must have the ability to maintain control of multiple projects while working away from the home office.</li>
<li>Project Manager will at times be required to manage procurement from outside suppliers and contractors as required (large subcontractors)</li>
<li>Understanding and ensuring compliance with the plant health and safety regulations.</li>
<li>As the Project leader, the Project Manager must recognize when issues do not fall exactly within the various supporting departments’ area of responsibilities, and must make informed decisions regarding those issues. Communicates with executive management and administration for guidance and approval to advance initiatives</li>
<li>Learns the Company technology and customer application in order to provide useful feedback to the Engineering and Technical Service departments in order to ensure the project delivers complete customer satisfaction of the equipment provided</li>

This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and efficiency of commercial plumbing services. Job description: As a Commercial Plumbing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of plumbers, coordinating plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and standards, and managing project timelines and budgets. You will manage and mentor plumbing staff, allocate resources, and maintain quality and safety standards. Responsibilities:

Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of seven (7) years in a supervisory role.</li>
<li>Minimum of ten (10) years verifiable plumbing experience.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Service Titan experience preferred</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Valid Texas Responsible Master Plumber License.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li>
<li>Proficiency in computer applications related to project management and scheduling.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of state regulations (codes) affecting plumbing work.</li>

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, systems-savvy professional with a background in facility engineering to support pre-construction planning and MEP decommissioning across development projects. This role sits on the Development team and partners closely with design, construction, property operations, consultants, and trades to plan safe, efficient shutdowns, isolations, removals, and transitions of building systems to enable renovations, repositioning, or redevelopment.
The ideal candidate understands building infrastructure end-to-end, can assess operational risk, and can translate how the building runs into practical decommissioning plans, scopes, sequencing, and documentation while ensuring business continuity and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Construction &amp; Decommissioning Planning
<ul>
<li>Lead and support MEP decommissioning planning for projects involving partial or full shutdowns, demolition, reconfiguration, or equipment replacement.</li>
<li>Perform existing conditions assessments of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and controls systems; identify constraints, dependencies, and risks.</li>
<li>Develop decommissioning list, recommended sequencing</li>
</ul>
Operational Risk &amp; System Isolation
<ul>
<li>Create and manage shutdown/isolation plan lock and tag out facilities </li>
<li>Give recommendation and help with temp heat </li>
<li>Manage the FA vendor programing out and maintaining FA </li>
<li>Communicate shut downs to SVP of Development and COO </li>
</ul>
Required
<ul>
<li>Prior experience as a Facility Engineer, Building Engineer, Facilities Manager, or similar hands-on building systems role.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the building is a major plus </li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of MEP systems, troubleshooting, and building operations (HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, controls/BMS; life safety familiarity preferred).</li>
<li>Organized about labeling and tagging out systems we are shutting down </li>
</ul>
Tasks

<li>Experience supporting construction, renovations, capital projects, or decommissioning/enabling work in occupied buildings.</li>
<li>OSHA 10/30 </li>
<li>Systems awareness (anticipates downstream impacts of shutdowns/removals).</li>
<li>Practical field judgment; calm problem-solving in live environments.</li>
<li>Clear verbal reporting to senior leadership.</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
Combination of office and active jobsite time; requires walking the site, accessing mechanical rooms/roofs, occasional off hours help if a pipe breaks or a tenant has an issue
 
Requirements:
High School diploma or formal technical training.
10 years working experience in maintenance or construction.
Entry-level knowledge of building programs, including inventory control, preventative maintenance, and work order record keeping.
Entry-level knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment including HVAC, plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, electric systems and landscaping.
Meets all physical requirements to perform all job functions and responsibilities.
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (at least 60 lbs), climb ladders up to 24 ft, stand and walk for 8 hours, and perform other physically demanding duties as directed. 
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues and supervisors in spoken and written English to ensure successful completion of job duties.

We’re looking for a Journeyman Plumber to serve at the airport hangars and terminal at Ronald Reagan National Airport. In this role, you’ll handle everything from general maintenance to complex plumbing repairs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installations, preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant plumbing codes. Additional tasks include facility maintenance, restoration, and repairs on other building structures and shop equipment. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
