The Director of Safety and Compliance (DSC) reports to the Human Resources Director and is a critical member of the executive team. The DSC's primary role is to ensure quality in the areas of: (1) Club safety for all staff, members, and volunteers, and (2) professional practice development with Club Program, Site, and Center Directors. The DSC contributes to the strategic vision to ensure the organization can achieve our core priorities: ensure Club safety, invest in our team, and set the standard for Club excellence.
