As a laboratory school, the Mary Stuart Gile Early Learning Center is a demonstration setting for best practices in early childhood education, with student teachers working alongside staff in classrooms. We are seeking energetic, organized, and experienced early childhood educators to help students grow in the field while providing high-quality, emergent curriculum for young children. We currently have an opening for a full-time Associate Teacher position. The Associate Teacher position is responsible for upholding and implementing the BGCCNNH mission, supporting children and teachers, and ensuring the health and safety of the children. Program Development, Implementation and Supervision 2.Effectively implements and administers programs, services, and activities for members. 3.Monitors and evaluates programs, services, and activities to ensure Club and child safety, quality programs, and good appearance of the branch/site at all times. Ensures that program areas are safe, well-ventilated, and well lit; and that Club equipment is maintained in a good working condition. 4.Ensures the evaluation of Club programs continually, including tracking outcome metrics; verifies that programs/activities respond to member needs and addresses their gender and cultural diversity. 5.Responsible for documenting any problems or issues that may arise on a day-to-day basis through the use of injury/incident reports. 6.Responsible for communicating with child care licensing and DCYF when applicable. 7.Participates in special programs and/or events such as all-staff training days. 8.Participates in staff meetings. 9.Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and members. 10.Other duties as assigned. Requirements 
·High school diploma or GED. 
·Must be 18 years of age or older and have a minimum of 600 hours working in a school-age program. 
·Must have documentation of at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or another field of study focused on children, awarded by a regionally accredited college or university. 
·Employees that are 19 years of age may be assigned to the senior program. 
·Knowledge of youth development. 
·Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems. 
·Ability to communicate with parents/guardians. 
·Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth. 
·Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment. 
·Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certifications in order to meet Bureau of Childcare licensing requirements. 
·Occasional travel for meetings/ trainings, etc. may be required. 
·May be asked to drive Club van/short bus occasionally. (21 plus years of age only) 
·Must possess a safe driving record and submit a copy of such record to either the Operations Director or human resources department.

About the Role: 
The Business Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert to define both business and software solutions to meet the needs of our Clients and Internal Product Managers. This role focuses on projects that pertain to the Accounting related functionality of the Servicing and Accounting Engine products. The role includes many diverse responsibilities ranging from initial analysis of both External and Internal Client needs through the delivery of the software solution. The Business Analyst is responsible for capturing project requirements, designing comprehensive solutions and ensuring that the end deliverables satisfies the Client’s objectives and expectations. The Business Analyst works closely with other members of the project team to include supporting the Development and Quality Assurance Teams inclusive of supporting activities through the deployment of the project. The Business Analyst also works closely with the Client to provide education as it relates to the Lease and Loan Accounting transactions. This includes educating the Client on the General Ledger Hierarchy as well as reviewing overall accounting transactions associated with the Lease and Retail products inclusive of the overall reconciliation process. Essential Job Responsibilities: 
• Provide consulting to Clients and internal Team Members on the Accounting related functionality of the Lease and Loan Accounting Systems. This includes General Ledger Hierarchy and knowledge of the Accounting related transactions from Originations through to Recovery.

<li>Has knowledge of US GAAP, particularly pertaining to consumer lending, finance and leasing. </li>
<li>Familiarity with FASB and Federal Reserve System standards related to consumer automobile lending and leasing. </li>

<li> Basic understanding of income tax accounting and concepts, including asset depreciation and book income versus tax income timing differences </li>
