What You’ll Do as a CNA:
<ul>
<li>Provide compassionate care and support to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals.</li>
<li>Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility support.</li>
<li>Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, and intake/output while keeping accurate records.</li>
<li>Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient well-being.</li>
<li>Observe and report any changes in patient condition to ensure the best care.</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Active&nbsp;Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Minnesota</li>
<li>High school diploma (or equivalent)</li>
<li>Six or more months of experience in a nursing facility&nbsp;(preferred, but not required)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li>
