<li>Exciting Opportunity:&nbsp;Play a key role in developing a new and rapidly growing practice in a brand-new facility.</li>
<li>Ideal Candidate:&nbsp;Leadership skills, energetic team-player, passionate about patient care in the Northland.</li>
<li>Support &amp; Development:&nbsp;Ample practice support and procedural skill development provided by local physician leadership.</li>
<li>High-Quality Practice Model: 1. Integrates 4 MDs, 2 APCs, Registered Nurse, Clinic Assistants, and other support staff.&nbsp; 2. Promotes a culture of patient-centeredness and staff resilience.</li>
<li>Specialty Outreach Services:&nbsp;Weekly visits to the clinic, fostering close and collegial relationships with specialists.</li>
<li>Work Schedule:&nbsp; Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per 1.0 FTE. Opportunity to flex schedule for a day off weekly.</li>
<li>Clinic Hours:&nbsp;7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday. Your hours are flexible in that footprint.</li>
<li>Hospital Rounding:&nbsp;Option to join the Moose Lake Hospital rounding team in Moose Lake, MN, if desired.</li>
<li>Medical Records:&nbsp;EPIC system.</li>

COMPENSATION

<li>$323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.</li>
