What You'll Do

Qualifications

A Sprinkler Service Technician in the Fire and Safety Industry is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic sprinkler systems. This includes working with pipes, fittings, valves, and other components to ensure that the system is installed properly and functions correctly.

Reporting to the Division Director, the Manager of State Advocacy facilitates the association’s state advocacy efforts and organizes state-level grassroots activity in coordination with state veterinary medical associations (VMAs) and appropriate AVMA staff. The Manager assists in developing AVMA’s state-level agenda and in disseminating AVMA’s public policy perspective to state and allied VMAs.
