Desired Qualifications:

<li>3 years of telecom experience (prefer at least 2 years of foreman experience).</li>
<li>Must have experience reading and following construction drawings and build plans build plans accurately.</li>
<li>Must the ability to effectively manage a team of 3-5 people.</li>
<li>Possess the willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.</li>
<li>Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 500'.</li>
<li>Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record that meets the company policy conditions.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass and DOT physical, drug test and background check.</li>

This is a traveling position and you must be comfortable being on the road M-F.

<li>75-90% overnight travel throughout the Midwest.</li>
