The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for assessments, documentation, and oversight of care for the residents. They will partner with the Director of Nursing to provide excellent care. 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE:

<li>Assists Medication Aides and Caregivers in service delivery and training as requested.</li>
<li>Notifies DON of any new doctors' orders that are received and informs the DON of any med changes.</li>
<li>Performs inventory management for medication administration by Medication Aides and checks new medications from the pharmacy.</li>
<li>Communicates in staff communication book any information that staff needs to be aware of.</li>
<li>Assist with picking up shifts on an evenly distributed schedule among nursing staff as needed.</li>
<li>Reviews, edits, and creates nursing policy drafts to be reviewed and finalized by the Executive Director and/or DON.</li>
<li>Obtains, administers, and documents prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques and facility standards of practice.</li>
<li>Observes residents, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor, family (responsible party), and physician of residents change in condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.</li>
<li>Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess the condition of resident. </li>
<li>Keeps resident family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health.</li>
</ul>
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Familiarity with PointClickCare software a plus.</li>
<li>Holds an active LPN or RN license.</li>
<li>Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare facility.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to research and analyze several types of data, especially compliance and regulatory standards.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The Truck Driver is responsible for driving diesel powered straight trucks or tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver grain or materials in liquid, loose, or packaged form. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Responsible for the operation of the truck and its contents and tendering to applicators in the field with filling and other needs that may help maximize actual application time throughout the day. </li>

<li>Completes all chemical logs, Agtegra Truck logs and DOT Truck logs; maintains driver log per I.C.C. regulations. </li>
<li>Interacting regularly with customers, peers, and management to provide exceptional customer service, pursue continuous improvement of facility operations, and promote a teamwork focused environment. </li>
