What you’ll be doing…
 You’re an expert with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and even building mechanicals… and if there’s a maintenance problem with our building, you’ve got it covered! Your know-how and commitment to excellence will ensure that Verizon’s building systems always operate at maximum efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Starting, operating, repairing and maintaining various types of heating and air conditioning plants and associated equipment (i.e. air handling equipment, refrigeration equipment, etc.).

Maintaining and repairing motor controller and associated electrical equipment and control circuits.

Installing, repairing and calibrating various makes of pneumatic and/or electric controls required for the operation of temperature and humidity control equipment.

Performing inspections and making repairs on equipment/systems as required by company practices and/or regulations/ordinances.

Reviewing and interpreting word orders, operating instructions, diagrams, building plans and mechanical equipment drawings.

Climbing ladders, working aloft, and moving/lifting items generally not exceeding 100 lbs.

Working evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.

Work tour hours are 7am to 4pm, Monday through Friday (hours may vary). Overtime is as needed by the business.

You’ll need to have:

Valid refrigeration license (Q-01) and ability to pass, obtain and maintain a current certificate of fitness for one or all of the following: fire standpipe, sprinkler, welding, oil burner and air compressor operation.

</li>
<li>
Valid Driver's License.

What you’ll be doing…
 Keep our motors running! You’ll have the chance to work on all types and sizes of vehicles, in addition to mobile tools and equipment. You’ll keep our fleet vehicles in tip-top shape to ensure they’re ready for anything. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Remote with Flexibility...applicants must live locally in order to work from the office when needed. 
Based in Wash DC (New York City, Los Angeles, Houston), the Pricing Specialist will be a key contributor in billing rates and special fee arrangement administration as well as financial analytics on legal matters. The candidate must be very flexible and highly committed to quality in order to establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
The role reports to the Pricing Manager.
Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Modeling matter profitability and providing scenario analysis to support pricing decisions for firm management.</li>
<li>Researching and identifying firm matters which provide a guideline for billing attorneys to develop budgets for new matters and clients.</li>
<li>Designing templates to assist attorneys with establishing budgets. Monitoring engagements on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Overseeing maintenance of the Firm's rates and special fee arrangements database</li>
<li>Creating analysis and designing reports or presentations to display pricing trends.</li>
<li>Performing ad hoc analyses using the firm's various data stores and tools.</li>
<li>Completing special projects on various issues as needed </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>General understanding of fundamental elements of pricing in professional services</li>
<li>Must be a proactive, self-starter who understands the details and can integrate them into a much larger strategic context.</li>
