Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the following; other duties may be assigned as required:

<li>Producing and submitting concise, technically, and grammatically correct survey and/or audit reports based on the appropriate report template in line with Company procedures, schedules, and&nbsp; customers’ requirements.</li>
<li>Assisting the Area Manager with the handling of customer complaints and adjustment of invoices.</li>
<li>Recognizing potential new business and bringing such to the attention of management.</li>
<li>Promoting company services in the marine industry including visiting clients and participating in industry activities.</li>
<li>Following the company’s Health, Safety, Security &amp; Environmental Manual requirements, including participating in monthly safety meetings.</li>
<li>Pursuing personal development through in-house training, appropriate external training opportunities, and joining professional organizations.</li>
<li>Assisting with the management and training of more junior personnel.</li>
<li>Ensuring that proper PPE is maintained and worn at all times.</li>
<li>Ensuring all required equipment is calibrated and in good working order and records maintained as per our Quality and Environmental Procedures.</li>
<li>Obtaining proper credentials to enter terminals, docks, and job sites as appropriate, and maintaining records as required by Company procedures.</li>

Required Education &amp; Experience:

<li>College graduate, maritime college preferred, or the equivalent time in the marine industry - five (5) years sea-going experience in a certificated position, or five (5) years’ experience in marine surveying field, or five (5) years of comparable marine experience.</li>

<li>Report and technical writing skills will be a consideration.</li>

Process specialty feed streams that are unable to be processed in any other part of the facility in the natural state in which they were received. Feed drums, totes, and cylinders to the incinerator through direct inject nozzles to the kiln and secondary combustion chamber(SCC). Document and further code items that have been fed through the specialty feed boxes for final destruction and tracking.
Primary Duties/responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Fills in Material Handler position as needed.</li>
<li>Operates multiple forms of rolling stock equipment such as: Forklifts, man lifts, 80BBL tanker, 130BBL tanker, etc..&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all paperwork and transfer logs are done properly and communicated to affected departments.</li>
<li>Maintain “Hot Sumps” in your areas</li>
<li>Complete daily documented rounds and inspections on all pieces of equipment for the specialty feed boxes such as:

<li>Document all stages of the waste feeding process via electronic log, handheld scanners, and manual labeling</li>
<li>Load roller conveyors and boxes with forklift and feed material through designated wands, manifolds, or specialized fittings</li>
<li>Coordinate with Supervision and Incinerator Operators for changes in feed streams and time sensitive materials</li>
<li>Maintain high level of housekeeping and ownership of the specialty feed box areas</li>
<li>Report any spills or emergency situations to supervision and site Emergency Coordinators immediately and assist with remediation efforts and situational response</li>
<li>Use hand tools to assist with daily tasks and container opening. These tools may include:</li>
<li>Channel Locks, pipe wrench, air chisels, bung wrenches, screw drivers, and pneumatic cutters&nbsp;</li>

Description 
Summary:
The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
Responsibilities:

<li>Consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.</li>
<li>Addresses increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patient and families in accordance with their level of practice.</li>
<li>Using the appropriate protocol, administers medications and treatments; monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.</li>
<li>Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.</li>
<li>Assess learning needs and provides education to patients, family members and/or care givers; identify issues and resources.&nbsp;</li>

Position Requirements: 
Education/Skills
<ul>
<li>All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.</li>
<li>New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and an Emergency Department- specific competency validation.</li>
<li>All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation. Skills completion and competency completion will be achieved with the preceptor at the bedside and documented through the program’s tracking software.</li>
<li>Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.</li>
</ul>
Experience

<li>One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.</li>
</ul>
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

<li>Current ACLS certification required</li>
<li>Current PALS certification required</li>
<li>Current TNCC certification required</li>
</ul>
In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.
