Summary: Astrodyne TDI is seeking a skilled and hands-on Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Transformer Business Unit in Foster City, California. This individual will lead the design and development of power conversion systems, including low, medium, and high voltage transformers &amp; inductors, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, project execution, and customer-focused engineering, and enjoy working on innovative products for industrial, medical, military, and aerospace applications. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead the design and development of low, medium, and high voltage transformers, inductors, power distribution units, and power conversion and control products.</li>
<li>Collaborate with program management and cross-functional teams, including sales, procurement, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering.</li>
<li>Generate product specifications for new R&amp;D efforts and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Apply tools such as Cadence, Creo, and Rale to model and analyze electrical designs.</li>
<li>Generate complete manufacturing documentation, including schematic diagrams, bills of materials (BOMs), assembly drawings, work instructions, and test procedures.</li>
<li>Perform MTBF and DFMEA analyses to validate reliability and mitigate design risk.</li>
<li>Develop and execute design verification test (DVT) procedures and support root cause analysis and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Directly interface with customers to ensure product performance aligns with application and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Serve as a technical mentor to junior engineers and support best practices for design for manufacturability (DFM) and engineering excellence.</li>

Required Qualifications:

¡Se buscan personas energéticas como tú para nuestra tienda de Mayaguez! Nuestros Supervisores de Turno contribuyen al éxito de Starbucks al asistir al gerente de tienda durante los turnos. Esto incluye estar a cargo de la tienda durante el turno, apoyar a los baristas, entrenar a los nuevos miembros del equipo y delegar tareas. Crean la experiencia Starbucks al brindar un servicio rápido, entregar productos y bebidas de calidad y manteniendo un ambiente limpio y cómodo. 
REQUISITOS: 
· Experiencia previa en supervisión de personal de al menos 1 año o más
· Pasión por el café y la gente
· Disponibilidad de trabajar fines de semana y días feriados
· Capacidad para administrar el trabajo de otros y aprender rápidamente
· Fuertes destrezas de comunicación e interpersonales
