JOB SUMMARY
<ul>
<li>Promote an atmosphere of goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer. Act in a professional manner and provide a superior level of customer service.</li>
<li>Expertly analyze and diagnose equipment problems and breakdowns. Recommend the correct service and repair actions to resolve equipment performance issues.</li>
<li>Make appropriate equipment repairs or modifications.</li>
<li>Efficiently perform scheduled equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Accurately and neatly document each service call and repair, providing the necessary paperwork.</li>
<li>Maintain serviceability and accountability of all company equipment.</li>
<li>Maintain the company service van in a clean, orderly and hazard free manner.</li>
<li>Secure and maintain service and parts inventory in the company vehicle.</li>
<li>Provide well maintained personal tools required to effectively perform equipment service duties.</li>
<li>Responsible for keeping the work area clean and hazard free.</li>
<li>Cooperatively performs additional duties when assigned by management.</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Electrical and Industrial Battery Charger repair is a plus.</li>
<li>High school Diploma or equivalent with three or more years of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic experience in the forklift or equipment repair industry.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and management.</li>
<li>Ability to understand necessary service and training manuals and schematics</li>
<li>Can safely operate power tools, lifts, hoists, hydraulic jacks and overhead cranes.</li>

TYPICAL WORK SCHEDULE: The typical work schedule is as follows. 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM&nbsp;
LEAD GENERATION: Develop a working knowledge of all the products and services supplied by Tri-Lift Industries. Overall goal is to suggest and provide leads to other departments for products supplied by our company that will enhance our customers business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Answering all service calls.</li>
<li>Completing all necessary paperwork.</li>
<li>Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.</li>
<li>Perform work with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.</li>
<li>Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts.</li>
<li>Verify warranty on all repair orders, if applicable.</li>
<li>Save and tag parts if warranty.</li>
<li>All communication with customer.</li>
<li>Road test vehicles when required, to quality check work performed.</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of factory technical bulletins.</li>
<li>Ensure customer vehicle cleanliness.</li>
<li>Keep service truck neat and clean and be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times.</li>
<li>Uphold federal, state and local regulations governing the disposal of hazardous waste.</li>
<li>Perform job duties and functions with flexibility in the event circumstances shift, i.e., emergencies, changes in personnel, workload, rush jobs or technology developments.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by manager.</li>
<li>May be required to work in the shop.</li>

Requirements:
WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

<li>Required to perform work inside and outside, in all-weather situations, at the shop division location.</li>
<li>Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.</li>
<li>Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 80 lbs.</li>
