We are currently searching for a Technician III who will perform maintenance tasks for company assets and assist maintenance staff with overhauling minor components and installing replacements, with electrical, hydraulic and computer diagnostics and with scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance. This position also responds to service and road calls.
 
Core Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform failure analysis and reporting findings to maintenance management.</li>
<li>Use pressure gauges to perform checks on hydraulic systems (pressure and vacuum) and diagnose faults</li>
<li>Utilize proprietary engine diagnostic software to identify failed components related to check engine lights or loss of power concerns</li>
<li>Replace components on unit that require greater expertise to include but not limited to Turbos and EGR Components, External Fuel Components such as Fuel Filter Housings or Fuel Injection Pumps, Differentials, Transmissions, Air Compressors, etc in a timely fashion without come backs</li>
<li>Audit and Assist in training Tech 1 or 2 as required</li>
<li>May assist in performance of increasingly more technical repairs to include injectors and cups, camshaft replacement, internal transmission repairs</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and technical inspections and complete follow up repairs in a timely fashion without come backs</li>
<li>Participate in root cause analysis</li>
<li>Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when and where required.</li>
<li>Report immediately any safety violations and correcting unsafe acts or conditions.</li>
<li>Comply with company safety policies and with applicable state and federal regulations.</li>
<li>May be required to drive a vehicle with a gross vehicle weight (GVW) not to exceed 26,000 pounds.</li>
<li>Requisition parts as necessary.</li>
<li>Maintain repair order documentation to include repair description, parts used and repair times.</li>
<li>Ensure the work area is clean and neat.</li>
</ul>

Job Description 
Responsibilities:
Automotive Technician:
<ul>
<li>Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs</li>
<li>Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicle</li>
<li>Assist in inventory management and general store duties</li>
<li>Perform services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and procedures</li>
<li>Test drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic laws</li>
<li>Maintain technical knowledge through required Monro University training</li>
<li>Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour&nbsp;Based on experience&nbsp;$25 - $38 Flat Rate. - Based on experience
General Service Technician
The General Service Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The General Service Technician is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.  This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while ensuring that guest expectations for time commitments and quality are&nbsp;consistently met.  &nbsp;
Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience.&nbsp; This role is also available for additional incentives.&nbsp;
Qualifications 
Qualifications:
Automotive Assistant Manager
<ul>
<li>High school or GED equivalent.</li>
<li>2+ years of automotive and sales experience</li>
<li>Valid Driver License</li>
<li>Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and basic algebra to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions proportions, and percentages.</li>
<li>Guest and team focused mindset</li>
</ul>
Automotive Technician&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.  &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Automotive training including basic car maintenance and repair or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Must possess a current valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and have the ability to operate customer’s vehicles to conduct test drives.&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Required to own a basic set of tools or participate in Monro’s tool purchase program. &nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
