What you'll do
As a leader in undercar repairs, you will be trusted to: 
Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance. 
Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil/filters. 
Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires. 
Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience. 
Credentials: A valid driver's license is required; ASE Certification is a major bonus.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Fleet Mechanic with a strong background in both light and heavy-duty equipment maintenance and repair.</li>
<li>3 years of diesel experience and extensive knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and vehicle maintenance.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of DOT, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.</li>
<li>Welding and fabrication skills.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs or more, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.</li>
<li>Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.</li>
<li>Availability Requirements</li>
<li>Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM weekends and extended hours as needed</li>
