Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate molding, assembly, or packaging equipment according to product specifications.</li>
<li>Package and label products as per customer specifications.</li>
<li>Perform visual inspections to identify defects and ensure products meet customer specifications.</li>
<li>Report visual defects to the Cell Leader.</li>
<li>Complete production and workstation documentation as required.</li>
<li>Provide suggestions and actively participate in process improvements to eliminate non-value-added activities.</li>
<li>Support and maintain all company policies, including ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, GMP, and standard work procedures.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
