Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for company leadership</li>
<li>Assist with email organization, correspondence, and follow-ups</li>
<li>Help prepare reports, documents, and internal materials</li>
<li>Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries</li>
<li>Provide general administrative and organizational support to leadership</li>
<li>Assist with basic tech needs (file organization, document formatting, system navigation)</li>
<li>Help organize digital files, shared drives, and internal systems</li>
<li>Support recurring administrative processes and reporting needs</li>
<li>Assist with occasional local errands for the Owner/President (e.g., picking up lunch, returning packages, coordinating pickups/drop-offs)</li>
<li>Support time-sensitive tasks that help leadership stay focused on higher-level work</li>

Qualifications

<li>Prior experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role preferred</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion</li>
<li>Proficient with common office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and ability to complete local errands as needed</li>

Work Schedule &amp; Location
<ul>
<li>Part-time, hourly position</li>
<li>Tuesday–Thursday, approximately 6–8 hours per day</li>
<li>Hybrid role, but primarily in-office in Urbandale, Iowa</li>

The local home office provides quick support to our associates. <li>Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff. Participates in clinical program development.</li>
<li>Collects assessment data, as part of the evaluation process, as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.</li>
<li>Provides training to patients, residents, caregivers, and families according to the plan of care outlined by the supervising therapist. Prepares treatment materials and assists with other clerical duties as directed.</li>
