The  Perfusionist is responsible for maintaining extracorporeal circulation during cardiothoracic surgical procedures and coordinates data for the STS Adult Cardiothoracic database.
$119,145.00/yr minimum - $178,719.00/yr maximum (range increases based on education, experience and certifications)
Responsibilities 
·  Operates, monitor and maintain the heart/lung machine and extracorporeal units. ·  Assists with cardiac program development through recruitment assistance, program promotion and market research. ·  Assist in the development of perfusion department policies and procedures. ·  Assists with the proper maintenance of records, procedure manuals and quality control measures. ·  Assists in the card and maintinance of equipment and supplies used in the department. ·  Assists as necessary in coordinating the activities of the perfusion department. ·  Submits data to the Society of Thoracic Surgeons quarterly harvest as required for compliance with the memebership standards. ·  Maintains accurate database records relating to STS Adult Cardiothoracic database. ·  Analyzes and evaluates data using statistical methods, benchard data, or other comparable measures related to the STS Adult Cardiothoracic database. 
Qualifications 
·  Bachelors Degree in Perfusion Technology ·  Current Illinois License Perfusionist ·  Technical Experience: 3 years

PERFUSIONIST - Up To $178,719.00/yr

PERFUSIONIST

MRG Exams, a leader and premier service provider of independent medical examinations is looking for a part-time Optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams on United States Veterans as part of the VA's SHA process. The Optometrist will be responsible for reviewing medical health records through a secure Web Portal and performing a comprehensive eye exam on each veteran and completing forms through the Web Portal. 

<ul>
<li>The Optometrist will NOT make determinations, the VA makes all determinations.</li>
<li>This is NOT a treating role. This position only provides assessments.</li>
<li>This position will review and assess 3-6 Veterans per day on average.</li>
<li>This position will be brought on as a 1099 Independent Contractor.</li>
<li>This position will be 2 days per week. </li>

Requirements
MRG Exams is looking for an Optometrist who is:
<ul>
<li>Interested in performing comprehensive eye exam assessments vs. traditional patient care &amp; treatment.</li>
<li>Able to analyze data from the medical records and exam findings to complete the forms and form medical opinions.</li>
<li>Completed forms must be submitted within 24 hours after an exam.</li>
<li>Interested in serving Veterans in their community.</li>
<li>Able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Required to do the job:
<ul>
<li>Must hold a current license in Illinois as an Optometrist.</li>
<li>Must be able to perform Visual Field Testing (VFT).</li>
</ul>
