Estamos en la búsqueda de un Obrero General responsable y trabajador para unirse a nuestro equipo de producción de fachadas de aluminio. El candidato ideal brindará apoyo en la fabricación, manejo y ensamblaje de paneles y estructuras de aluminio. Esta es una posición manual que requiere fuerza física, atención al detalle y una actitud proactiva.
Responsabilidades:
<ul>

Apoyar en la fabricación y ensamblaje de componentes de aluminio para fachadas arquitectónicas
</li>
<li>
Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas de forma segura y eficiente
</li>
<li>
Cargar y descargar materiales y productos terminados
</li>
<li>
Asistir a operadores de máquinas y personal calificado en sus tareas diarias
</li>
<li>
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada
</li>
<li>
Cumplir con los procedimientos y normas de seguridad de la empresa
</li>
<li>
Realizar controles de calidad para asegurar que las piezas cumplan con las especificaciones
</li>
<li>
Apoyar en el embalaje y preparación de pedidos para entrega o instalación
</li>
</ul>
Requisitos:
<ul>
<li>
Experiencia previa en manufactura o construcción (deseable)
</li>
<li>
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y permanecer de pie durante largos periodos
</li>
<li>
Conocimiento básico de herramientas y medidas (cinta métrica, niveles, taladros, etc.)
</li>
<li>
Buena coordinación manual y atención al detalle
</li>
<li>
Puntualidad, compromiso y disposición para aprender
</li>
<li>
Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse de forma efectiva
</li>
<li>
Autorización legal para trabajar en EE.UU.
</li>

Habilidades Deseables (no obligatorias):

Experiencia previa con aluminio, carpintería metálica o sistemas de fachadas
</li>
<li>
Certificación para operar montacargas (forklift)
</li>
