We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to work with one of our schools in Washington, Utah for the 25-26 school year! This is a flexible contract position that works out great for any OT who is looking to work just a couple (extra) days per month during school hours.  Information:
You must be able/willing to supervise COTAs, perform student assessments/evaluations, complete evaluation write-ups, perform some direct student treatments, and attend student IEPs. Experience in schools is preferred but training can be offered for the right applicant.
 
 Hours: 
3 hours/month (caseload = 5 students)
 Schedule: 
Direct, weekly services are provided by COTAs during school hours typically 8 am to 3:30 pm. You will provide supervision to the COTA (seeing students yourself 1x/month), along with evaluations, IEPs, etc. You will work around the school schedule and have all weekends, school-observed holidays, and summers off. There will be occasional IEPs to attend before and after school hours (if needed, some of these may be able to be done via telephone/video conference).

<li>Support adoption, fundraising, and outreach initiatives through volunteer and event coordination.</li>
<li>Assist with general shelter operations as needed, including occasional hands-on assistance with animals or facility needs.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and professional communication between volunteers, staff, and management.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director or management team. </li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate or bachelors degree preferred, or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in volunteer coordination, event planning, nonprofit work, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum one year of experience coordinating volunteers, events, or community programs.</li>
<li>Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with diverse groups of people.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar scheduling and record-keeping tools.</li>
<li>Ability to create, document, and follow procedures and SOPs.</li>
<li>Commitment to humane animal care, shelter safety protocols, and disease prevention practices.</li>
<li>Must hold a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and be eligible to be added to the organizations auto insurance policy.</li>
<li>Availability to work weekends is required; occasional evenings and holidays may be necessary.</li>

Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment

<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.</li>
<li>Work is performed in an animal shelter environment with exposure to animals, cleaning chemicals, and zoonotic diseases.</li>

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Military Program Counselor. This position is remote.
 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: In support of a Military Program supporting non-medical counseling intended for situations that do not require clinical mental health treatment. Common topics include:
<ul>
<li>Relationship and Family: Marital/couples conflicts, parenting skills, and communication.</li>
<li>Military Transitions: Challenges related to deployment, reintegration, and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves.</li>
<li>Personal Stress: Stress and anger management, grief and loss, and general adjustment difficulties.</li>
<li>Life Goals: Decision-making, personal goal setting, and coping with phase-of-life changes.</li>
<li>Financial Stress: Navigating money-related pressures or financial concerns.</li>
</ul>
 
Further responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide private, confidential, non-medical counseling utilizing a short-term, solution focused counseling model for eligible participants.</li>
<li>Non-medical counseling services are available to all Service members and their families as specified by Military Program eligibility requirements. The Program does not provide clinical mental health counseling, treatment, and/or therapy.</li>
</ul>
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Must be a U.S citizen and speak fluent English.</li>
<li>In some areas of the U.S and its territories the non-medical counselors must be fluent in Spanish as necessary.</li>
<li>Masters degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling.</li>
<li>Current, valid, unrestricted counseling license/certification from a State, D.C., a U.S. Commonwealth, or a U.S. Territory that grants the authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner in their respective fields.</li>
<li>Demonstrated counseling competence preceding their agreement to perform under the Military contract. </li>
<li>Counselors will pass criminal history, fingerprint, and credential review/verification meeting at least the requirements of DODI 1402.05, and successfully passed a DoD-initiated Tier 1 Suitability Investigation. Must be a US Citizen and fluent English speaker.</li>
</ul>
