Primary Function
The Field Mechanic will diagnose, repair or overhaul, and maintain heavy construction equipment in the field and will maintain related services records, parts inventory, and a well-organized repair vehicle.

<li>Ensure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean</li>
<li>Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injured</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates</li>
<li>We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work</li>
<li>Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team</li>
<li>Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment such as forklift and power tools</li>
