As a Tree Climber&nbsp;you would be responsible for:

Requirements:

<li>CDL class A or class B License with airbrake endorsement is preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>
<li>Minimum of 3-5&nbsp;years climbing experience and/or 5&nbsp;years documented foreman experience</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of proper tree pruning and removal techniques, along with skilled cabling and bracing techniques, and knowledge of various knots used in roping and technical rigging</li>
<li>Experience with technical rigging for use in trimming and large removals</li>
<li>Ability to complete labor-intensive outdoor work with exposure to a variety of weather conditions</li>

<li>Coordinates test efforts with acquisition agencies including Program Manager's offices, TRADOC Capability Managers, Contractors, and the user community.</li>
<li>Performs RPA operator duties for single and multi-ship operations utilizing multiple UAS types and groups IAW AR 95-1, TDD SOP's and command directives and memorandums.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Education/Experience Requirements:
<ul>
<li>HS diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of ten years of experience with a mix of fixed wing and rotary wing UAS/RPA operations in multiple</li>
<li>UAS Groups (1-5) preferred.</li>
<li>Must have experience to support the development and execution of a training and progression program for UAS Operators uniquely focused on S&amp;T testing and demonstration activities.</li>
<li>Army MOS 15W/15C &amp; Instructor Operator qualification or equivalent service USAF AFSC 1U0X1/ USN NEC 8361-4, 6-8 or USMC MOS 7314/6214 qualification preferred.</li>
<li>Previous qualifications plus Army Warrant Officer MOS 150U UAS Operations Technician preferred.</li>
<li>Manned-unmanned teaming; particularly multi-ship UAS and launched effects operations.</li>
<li>Designing, fabricating, testing, maintaining, and operating experimental UAS (at a minimum DoD Group 2 UAS)</li>
<li>Autonomous operations of UAS platforms particularly artificial- intelligence/machine-learning software</li>
<li>Payloads: Electro-optical (EO), Infrared (IR)-MWIR/LWIR/SWIR, Electronic Warfare (EW)</li>
<li>Understanding of military ground and air concepts of operation for UAS</li>
<li>Airspace design and operating requirements</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining UAS flight records and UAS training materials</li>
<li>Must have or be able to obtain an FAA Part 107 Certification</li>
<li>Must have the ability to pass an FAA Class III flight physical annually.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.</li>
