There seem to be four things that set people apart from their peers throughout the course of their careers. 4. Strategic Thinking, or looking to the future and always thinking about possibilities. All companies want to grow. If you want to get hired, it's up to you to prove you have the ideas and creativity to take the current level and kick it up a notch (or two).

These four strength categories cover a wide range of smaller strengths, but can be extremely useful in developing your self in your career. Remember, people can and do succeed with two out of four.
