Reporting to the Vice President, Programs, the Director of Onramps will lead our recruitment and pipeline development, overseeing a team including a Manager and an Assistant. This role is critical for fostering a diverse pool of applicants and partners through year-round recruitment activities and programming.
What You’ll Do
As the Director of our Onramps strategy, you will lead key workstreams that include: 
(1) Racial Equity Centered Partnership Management
<ul>
<li>Build and create meaningful relationships with a range of outreach partners, including Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), global innovation hubs and ambassadors in multiple target geographies (e.g. Northeast Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America), and sourcing partners (e.g. Enactus / The Resolution Project)</li>
<li>Design initiatives to increase diversity in our applicant pipeline by cultivating partnerships with U.S.-based and international organizations</li>
<li>Develop and manage relationships with volunteers, corporate partners, and other key external stakeholders</li>
<li>Represent Echoing Green at meetings / events with key external stakeholders including university partners, funder partners, and other social innovation spaces relevant to pipeline-building</li>
</ul>
(2) Culturally Relevant Program Design &amp; Facilitation
<ul>
<li>Curate and develop culturally inclusive curriculum and key messages (including guidance materials, workshops, and trainings) to support Black, Indigenous, and other People of the Global Majority in their social entrepreneurship journey</li>
<li>Facilitate pipeline-building workshops and culminating showcases that engage potential applicants, funders, and the broader Echoing Green community</li>
<li>Project manage collaborative design processes and co-facilitation of workshops and showcases</li>
</ul>
(3) Department Leadership
<ul>
<li>Build, manage, and supervise consultants, contractors, and internal departmental staff toward data-driven program implementation goals</li>
<li>Drive staff professional development and performance through ongoing, direct, positive and constructive feedback and coaching</li>
<li>Manage departmental budget and budget planning process for travel, consultants, and other partnership-related and program development costs</li>
<li>Travel at least every two months, including key meetings in Echoing Green’s NYC office, site visits to HBCU partners, and/or convenings to represent Echoing Green at a Fellow convening (both national and international locations)</li>

Who We Are: CAMBA is a community of staff, volunteers, clients, donors, neighbors and partners who work together to build an inclusive New York City. CAMBA serves more than 65,000 individuals and families each year, citywide, including almost 13,000 youth. Our 180+ programs in over 100 locations improve the lives of a diverse cross section of New Yorkers. From homelessness prevention in Staten Island to supportive housing in the Bronx; from employment training in Manhattan to after school programs and college access in Brooklyn; from family shelter and support in Queens to increasing affordable housing across the city, CAMBA provides holistic services to help struggling New Yorkers stabilize their lives and become self-sufficient.
CAMBA operates five single adult homeless shelters and one single adult drop-in center funded by New York City Department of Homeless Services.  Each shelter offers clients a supportive, structured therapeutic, safe, and drug-free facility.  Homeless (often mentally-ill and substance-abusing) men and women are provided with comprehensive services to stabilize their condition in order to successfully transition into to permanent and/or supported housing.

What The Vice President Does:

<li>Clearly communicate both CAMBA’s and funders’ policies, requirements, guidelines, and program performance targets to staff.</li>
<li>Communicate with peers in other CAMBA shelters and external agencies on issues related to client progress and best program practices.</li>
<li>Work with all staff to set staff performance targets in accordance with contract requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure that all direct and subordinate staff complies with CAMBA’s and funders’ polices and rules.</li>
<li>Oversee all program operations and manage direct reporting program staff and their subordinates.</li>
<li>Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery to clients.</li>

Job Summary
This position is grant funded via the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services partnership with the Maternity Care Coalition. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Outreach and Information Services, the Coordinator provides telephone-based counseling, education, referrals, and advocacy to youth and adult consumers, on topics such as HIV, abuse, contraception, pregnancy, abortion, reproduction, behavioral health, STIs, and prenatal health, among others. The Coordinator executes activities to support the agency’s community outreach and information services. The Coordinator also provides comprehensive sexuality education presentations to youth, young adults, adults, and professionals, and represents AccessMatters at external outreach and education events as assigned. In addition, the Coordinator assists the Director with program operations, maintains strict confidentiality, and appropriately documents client contacts, referrals, and services provided. This job is full-time, non-exempt, and hybrid.
Essential Functions:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Outreach and Information Services, the Coordinator, Community Outreach and Information Services will:
Coordinate, Develop, and Deliver Community Health Education
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the updating and developing of new educational workshops as necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive sexuality education workshops for youth, young adults, adults, and professionals.</li>
<li>In collaboration with agency HRC staff, develop “train the educator” toolkits and workshops to support program activities under the agency’s HRC contract with the Philadelphia School District.</li>
<li>Implement evaluation tools to assess the goals and objectives of educational programming.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate community education data following presentation or activity.</li>

Provide Confidential Consumer Services Through Hotline Counseling and Referral
<ul>
<li>Provide accurate, complete and consistent information, referrals, and short-term counseling in a sensitive manner to anyone calling the Hotline. Address caller’s needs concerning sexual, reproductive, and family health topics such as: sexual health, sexually transmitted infections, HIV, prenatal care, pregnancy, abortion access, health insurance, sexual abuse, behavioral health – specifically prevention, testing, medical care, and related social services for all of the above. </li>
<li>Provide sexual and reproductive health education and referrals around HIV, STIs, hepatitis, and other sexual health topics, to improve client health literacy, increase active participation in care decisions, and to maintain health care access.</li>
<li>Advocate for the consumer, make appointments when necessary, act as facilitator between consumer and provider when required, and assist in overcoming obstacles consumers may encounter in the healthcare system.</li>
<li>Record complete information on each call to facilitate subsequent reporting for contracts.</li>
<li>Conduct follow-up calls pertaining to consumer complaints, and complete written feedback reports.</li>
<li>Coordinate and conduct service access monitoring calls (SAM calls) to partner agencies.</li>

Position Summary:
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Property Manager for our Beacon Hill properties, located in Seattle. The Property Manager will live in and manage the day-to-day operations of two 40-unit low income apartment buildings meant to serve low income persons and households. This position will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary and attractive environment for tenants and employees. Shall perform minor janitorial duties as necessary. Shall respond to residents’ concerns and questions regarding the building and be on call for onsite emergencies. Shall collect rent and coordinate requests from supervisor regarding compliance requirements for the residents. Perform minor janitorial and maintenance tasks following general health and safety guidelines. Shall facilitate lease signings and prepare and manage paperwork necessary for property management duties. Shall work with the Vice President to fulfill compliance requirements from state and other funding agencies. Duties and Responsibilities:

CAMBA serves more than 65,000 individuals and families each year, citywide, including almost 13,000 youth. CAMBA operates 6 single adult shelters and 6 family shelters and one drop in center. Each shelter offers clients a supportive, structured therapeutic, safe, and drug-free facility.  Homeless (often mentally-ill and substance-abusing) men and women are provided with comprehensive services to stabilize their condition in order to successfully transition into to permanent and/or supported housing.
CAMBA’s The Kensington Family Shelter is funded by New York City Department of Homeless Services and offers families a supportive, structured therapeutic, safe, and drug-free facility.  It provides comprehensive case management services to 64 families who are in a transitional residence program for homeless families with the goal of moving them to permanent housing. Each shelter offers clients a supportive, structured, therapeutic, safe, and drug-free facility.  Homeless families are provided with comprehensive services to stabilize their condition in order to successfully transition into permanent and/or supported housing. The five story facility has 4 floors plus a basement with rooms of various sizes, common areas and provides on-site security and social services.

What The Director of Social Services Does:
<ul>
<li>Ensure that newly admitted clients receive social service intake with 48 hours of assignment to case manager.</li>
<li>Monitor and track client intakes and move-outs utilizing DHS rosters to update the Kensington master roster daily.</li>
<li>Oversee all ACS cases and ensure that weekly unit inspections are occurring, case conferences are happening and monthly tracking forms are completed and submitted to DHS.</li>
<li>Review and update ACS client rosters.</li>
<li>Meet with community agencies to refer to and assist with high risk case conferences as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.</li>

<li>Teach, coach and work with direct staff regarding how to interact with and/or engage clients to maintain entitlements to become eligible for housing subsidies.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly client progress reviews with staff.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic internal chart reviews and implement Quality Assurance measures as needed to ensure quality service delivery to clients.</li>
<li>Respond to critical incidences that require immediate attention.</li>
<li>Access client data using various tracking and program databases (i.e. - Client Tracking System (CTS), New York City Way, 4002 System).</li>
<li>Prepare contract reports and statistical information for both CAMBA management and funder use.</li>
<li>Assist in the analysis of program and demographic data to make programmatic improvements.</li>
<li>Organize onsite and offsite training opportunities for professional development of staff.</li>

<li>Provide psychotherapeutic crisis intervention on campus as needed including on-call accessibility by telephone outside business hours;</li>
<li>Manage, develop and implement psycho-educational programming and campus outreach efforts;</li>
<li>Provide counseling support services (information and referral) to University personnel; </li>
<li>Oversee the administration and implementation of Wellness Services for students, as well as provide direct services facilitating events that promote mental health improvement;</li>
<li>Consult with administration, faculty and staff pertaining to equal access and opportunity concerns;</li>
<li>Participate in relevant Student Affairs Division meetings, committees or teams;</li>
<li>Serve as a consulting member of the UST Care Team for students;</li>
<li>Participate in other University committees as appropriate;</li>
<li>Plan and execute yearly goals. </li>
<li>Assume fiscal responsibility for the department;</li>
<li>Prepare and administer annual budgets for CWS;</li>
<li>Review budget reports, oversee expenditures, signing authority on purchase orders and timesheets for the department.</li>
<li>Perform all other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs.</li>
</ul>

Knowledge and Skills Required:

<ul>
<li>Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Psychologist in the State of Texas;</li>
<li>Four years of experience working in a clinical setting including a young adult population, with at least three years in a university or college counseling center preferred;</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication skills;</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills;</li>
<li>Competence in professional, ethical and legal standards in the field of mental health;</li>
<li>Competence in and commitment to working with multicultural populations;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Computer skills that include working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), database management, and familiarity with online research protocol; experience with Titanium and PeopleSoft preferred;</li>
<li>Ability to work and relate well with supervisory and support staff;</li>
<li>Ability to work well with students, parents, faculty, staff of the University, as well as the professional mental health and lay community;</li>
<li>Commitment to maintain professional liability insurance;</li>
<li>Commitment to maintain licensing credentials and continuing education units (CEUs) annually;</li>
<li>Willingness to establish networks through professional affiliations;</li>
<li>Participate in national and state professional organizations;</li>
<li>Enthusiasm and ability to promote and further the Catholic identity of the University of St. Thomas in accordance with the Apostolic Constitution of Pope St. John Paul II, Ex Corde Ecclesiae</li>
<li>Doctoral degree in counseling psychology or clinical psychology preferably from an APA approved program and/or LPC-S preferred but not required.</li>
