POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Support Specialist ("CSS") role is designed to provide both onsite/in-person clinical facilitation and remote administrative duties. In person, a CSS works with a clinician to facilitate care visits for patients. Remotely, a CSS works on administrative duties that include, but are not limited to, chart preparation and Behavioral Health Integration.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Onsite Clinical Facilitation

Clinician Support

<li>Providing assistance to assigned clinicians by accessing the facility's EMR and recording relevant data into our EHR system in preparation for the clinical visit</li>
<li>Working closely with the clinician to assure that patient visits run smoothly and efficiently</li>
</ul>

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LICENSING:

Summary of Position: Reporting to the Manager of Research and Evaluation, the Seasonal Research &amp; Evaluation Associate will support the implementation of various research and evaluation projects during ASM’s busiest program session. This individual will support the organization’s ongoing evaluative processes by conducting both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, as well as assist in the creation of reports and presentations that facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization.
