The Impact You Will Make
The Sales Counselor in a cemetery location is responsible for providing a customer focused experience during every interaction with families, guests, and community members. Utilizing the Everstory sales process, based on exemplary discovery, industry specific expertise, and customer driven solutions. The Sales Counselor will sell products and services to customers who want to pre-plan their final arrangements. The Sales Counselor will also sell products and services to customers at their immediate time of need, in addition to overseeing customer satisfaction. By effectively executing on monthly goals, the Sales Counselor will maximize revenue for the organization and succeed in a commission-based selling environment.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Guides individuals and families through end of life memorial planning utilizing sales presentations and additional tools provided by Everstory.</li>
<li>Provides individuals and families with options to best meet their unique needs, or the unique needs of a deceased loved one. This includes touring the location, identifying location of existing or potential plots, and advising customers on in-ground burial options, above ground entombment options, cremation options, memorials, and merchandise. Understands and presents all associated costs and advises customers on financing options; ensuring that all financing is finalized prior to internment.</li>
<li>Responsible for daily management of CRM and lead data base, including generation of new leads via networking, online, and cold calling, generation of referrals, and categorization of leads (hot, warm, cold).</li>
<li>Plan and conduct community outreach events, both on site and off site, to build relationships within the broader community and generate new leads.</li>
<li>Completes all required paperwork, processes and authorizations required to finalize a sale and deliver the service/product from start to finish.</li>
<li>Actively participates in supporting services at the location.</li>
<li>Participates in all sales meetings, communicating effectively with local management and team members regarding activity, progress, and results.</li>

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required with some additional education preferred in a related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales.</li>
<li>1 year of sales experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. Offsite appointments will occur in this role including meetings with clients and community events. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel associated with job duties</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required.</li>
<li>Experience working in a CRM (lead management system preferred.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills.</li>
<li>Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.</li>

As a Regional Clinical Director, you will oversee all Clinical - Directors and programs within their assigned region. This position demands maintaining a high level of performance by supporting the facility Clinical Directors with providing clinical guidance, direction, training, assessment, and feedback for all clinical teammates to address the needs of the population we serve.

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree from an accredited educational institution in an appropriate behavioral science, mental health discipline.</li>
<li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in alcohol and drug addiction to include group, individual counseling with treatment planning skills and case management.</li>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience with supervision and/or management of clinical services of an alcohol and drug addiction program and support team. </li>
<li>School of thought and/or theory that is compatible with treatment and the twelve- step philosophy.</li>
<li>LPC OR LCSW</li>
<li>Must possess a current valid driver's license in good standing in state of employment and be insurable by the designated carrier. This is required to drive for company purposes</li>
<li>Travel is required as needed to conduct site visits, attend meetings and conferences, provide clinical trainings, and provide supervision. Travel will be upon the needs of the region/facilities.</li>
<li>Overnight travel may be required.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assure compliance of the clinical program with CARF, and any state/federal Standards to include confidentiality regulations in accordance with state and federal laws.</li>
<li>Assist and participate in interviewing candidates for the clinical leadership open positions in the region and set proper expectations at time of interview.</li>
<li>Assist with the onboarding training for newly hired/promoted clinical leadership for the region and evaluate clinical leadership competencies with the first 90 days.</li>
<li>Diagnose, prescribe and provide on-going training and development for the clinical leadership in the region.</li>
<li>Assist with providing on-going training for clinical teams in the region, as needed.</li>
<li>Provide individual and group supervision, including observed supervisions, for the clinical leadership in the region.</li>
<li>Monitor and enforce workflow expectations for the region, including but not limited to digital signing, scheduling, patient services, active treatment plans, counseling compliance, quality documentation. </li>
<li>Work with the Executive Director, or designee, to address and document any performance issues of clinical leadership of the region, as need.</li>
<li>Monitor programing and curriculum to meet the needs of the population served (i.e. group schedule, evidence-based curriculum, counselor resources/tools).</li>
<li>Assist and train facility Clinical Directors with monitoring quality assurance of all clinical records for participants including the facilitation of complete, accurate, timely documentation that reflects patient need, service provision, and medical necessity criteria.</li>
<li>Assist with facilitation and/or co-facilitation of clinical meetings to address behavioral and/or clinical concerns, progress, and crisis intervention of patients in the absence of facility Clinical Director. </li>
<li>Assist with providing clinical and/or licensure supervision to counselors, in the absence of a facility Clinical Director, as needed.</li>
<li>Provide input into the performance evaluations for all clinical leadership annually and 90-day probationary review for all new hires.</li>
<li>Ensure all incident reports that pertain to clinical issues are addressed in a timely manner and assess risk factors including quality assurance issues.</li>
<li>Directly communicate with the Executive Director and administrative team and follow up with periodic updates to address immediate concerns and approval of all administrative decisions that affect the clinical team and program. </li>
<li>Attend team meetings and complete all training courses timely as required. </li>
