About the Role
We arelooking for dynamic Seasonal Summer Sales Associates for our Long Branch location. We are looking for someone who thrives on teamwork, customer service, and the joy of spreading Little Words Project's message. Sales Associates will share the LWP brand story, provide personalized recommendations and answer questions, guiding each customer through their shopping experience in-store. 
Core Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and other special events</li>
<li>Introduce new products to customers and recommend items based on their needs</li>
<li>Answer questions related to merchandise and store policies</li>
<li>Process transactions accurately on the POS system </li>
<li>Keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked with merchandise</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining the back stock and setting up merchandise on the sales floor</li>
<li>Operational tasks; inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs</li>
<li>Assist customers at the bead-your-own bracelet table by tying their bracelets</li>
<li>Fulfill in-store custom orders by beading bracelets and contacting customers when complete</li>
<li>Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Customer Service Experience </li>
<li>Retail Experience is preferred </li>
<li>Interpersonal and communication skills</li>
