As a manufacturing associate, you will play a valuable role within the lab department where you will be testing and inspecting material to confirm the quality of our product before shipping to the client as this is the finishing stage of the process.
In this position, you will be preparing material for lab inspections as well as testing these materials using saws, lathes, and grinders by interpreting plans, specifications or drawings. A successful associate will be responsible for setting up and operating machines safely within the standard operating procedures, detecting faulty equipment, defective material, and preparing etching solutions to be used to inspect the product. Job Overview:
The Shop Foreman / Lead Technician is responsible for maintaining workflow and work distribution among technicians. This role works closely with the Service Manager to oversee the quality of work on customer vehicles and shop efficiency.&nbsp;
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>Work with the&nbsp;service department to distribute work to technicians</li>
<li>Manage and oversee individual technician workloads and overall workflow in the service area</li>
<li>Oversee technician team progress through internal training requirements and coach&nbsp;&nbsp;technicians to prepare for&nbsp;certifications</li>
