Responsibilities:

<li>Work with both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process</li>
<li>Build and manage a personal pipeline using team systems and follow-up processes</li>
<li>Conduct client consultations to understand goals, timelines, and strategies</li>
<li>Schedule and attend appointments, showings, and listing meetings as needed</li>
<li>Educate clients on local market conditions across Contra Costa and Solano County</li>
<li>Write and negotiate offers and agreements in collaboration with leadership</li>
<li>Coordinate with lenders, escrow, and transaction coordination for smooth closings</li>
<li>Participate in training, roleplay, and accountability meetings</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Active California real estate license or in the process of obtaining one</li>
<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>
<li>Coachable and open to following a structured system</li>
