Qualifications

Responsibilities

Clover Hall is located in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn with a total of 72 units, Clover Hall will provide 72 supportive housing units to single adults exiting homelessness. These units will be funded by HASA contract.

Objective: 

The Program Director (PD) position requires a thorough understanding of relevant service delivery concepts and structures, including strong knowledge and experience with mental health systems, and the ability to access and negotiate the full range of services for recipients. It also requires strong supervisory and administrative skills and the ability to interface effectively and efficiently with colleagues to ensure quality services and program operations. Furthermore, it requires good decision-making skills and the ability to identify and facilitate necessary programmatic change. It requires attention to detail, strong writing and verbal communication skills, and computer literacy.
The Program Director is responsible for direct supervision of the Assistant Program Director and Program Associate (where applicable). They ensure clients receive services that support housing stability and quality of life, and that meet regulatory and agency standards by leveraging individual and group supervision, reporting instruments and dashboards, and regular chart review. The Program Director is ultimately responsible for developing the aptitude of a high-functioning team in an environment that is an engaging and rewarding place for staff to work, and that promotes a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and quality improvement. Access Services is seeking to contract with Behavior Consultants in ABA Services (Licensed Behavior Specialists/BC-ABA Consultants) to serve children and families in their homes, school, and/or community in Pottsville, PA. Essential Responsibilities of Behavior Consultant in ABA Services (Licensed Behavior Specialist/BC-ABA):

<li>Prepare assessments that identify target behaviors and replacement behaviors we well as establish criteria for discharge.</li>

<li>Develop ITPs that map the replacement of behaviors of concern, establish timelines and clear interventions, and identify individuals responsible for implementation.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Consult with families/care providers on behavior presentation, skill acquisition, concerns, and successes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Monitor progress in each individual being served at least weekly.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Address discharge planning with individuals being served and families/care providers.</li>
</ul>

<li>Develop robust discharge plans to support individuals being served and families/care providers to maintain and solidify behavioral changes.</li>
