Onsite - HR & Benefits Customer Support Representatives (CSR)
- Location Requirement: Onsite, Chesapeake, VA (must live within 25 miles or 45-minute commute from site)
- Start Date: September 2, 2025
- Pay Rate $17/hr.
- Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (through October 14, 2025)
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST (final schedule provided before training ends)

What You'll Do:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees
- Resolve HR and benefits-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Track, log, and follow up on all transactions and cases
- Notify Technical Analysts and Team Managers of recurring issues
- Apply and explain HR and benefits policies and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards
- Stay flexible to support peak volume periods and attend all required training sessions
- Follow established procedures and work independently on routine tasks
✅ What You Bring:
- 18+ years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of call center or benefits experience
- Bilingual is a plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- A dedicated, quiet workspace that passes inspection
- Commitment to perfect attendance during training
- Background check is required
Tech Requirements:
- Internet speed: Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload / Ping ≤ 175
- Must be hardwired to router (no Wi-Fi or 5G setups)
- Complete a speed test at Google Fiber Speed Test and submit a screenshot
- Participate in a visual workspace inspection prior to starting
