Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to paint and spray paint vacant, transitional, fire damaged, or worn down units and buildings. The incumbent will operate under the general supervision of the Senior Project Manager.

Technical Skills
To perform this job successfully, the employee should be able to successfully operate a variety of applicable hand-held tools and devices. Must have general and specific knowledge related to painting, including all safety rules and practices. Must be skilled in applying paints, oils, plaster, varnish, caulk, etc. Must be able to determine the quantity of materials needed for each job. The employee should have basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.

To perform this job successfully, the employee is frequently required to travel to various Authority properties to oversee maintenance projects. Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Interior and Exterior painting and staining of residential properties and some light commercial properties</li>
<li>Meet schedule and quality standards and expectations of each customer</li>
<li>Provide extraordinary customer experience in addition to quality work</li>
<li>Maintain company vehicles and equipment</li>
<li>Complete necessary jobsite paperwork</li>
<li>Maintain safety and job site cleanliness</li>
<li>Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff</li>
</ul>
Required Skills and Attributes:
<ul>
<li>Must have prior painting experience and be coachable and trainable</li>
<li>Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule</li>
<li>Communication skill</li>
<li>Be a self-starter and self-motivated</li>
<li>Must have a valid drivers' license with good driving record and be insurable</li>

Education/Experience
<ul>
<li>6+ months of residential and/or commercial painting experience</li>
</ul>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Prepare vehicles and parts for painting using proper techniques, equipment, and materials. 
Mask vehicles for painting.
Prime vehicle and parts. 
Sand vehicles and parts prior to painting. 
All other duties as assigned.
