Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Associates Degree; with a minimum of 1 year in a customer interactive position; or equivalent combination of education and experience </li>
<li>Basic computer skills </li>
<li>Communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills </li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze and interpret insurance forms </li>
<li>Favorable result on Background Check </li>
<li>Must have own vehicle and be insured, licensed driver in current state of residence </li>
</ul>
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Have ABOC or obtained with first 2 years of employment (preferred, not required) </li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals</li>
<li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence</li>
<li>Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization </li>
</ul>
