Responsibilities
Our exciting Manager-In-Training (MIT) program gives you the opportunity to learn and grow at an established company with over 45 years of experience. As our newest associate, you’ll experience a custom interactive program that will guide you through hands-on and computer-based training, lasting approximately twelve (12) weeks. The program focuses on different aspects of managing your own account, including:

<li>General Training &amp; Comprehension - Learn and perform the job assignments of the housekeeper, heavy housekeeper/floor tech, and laundry worker positions and, as such, can operate, and teach others how to operate, a variety of industrial cleaning equipment.</li>
<li>Leadership Development - Assists in training, quality control, and in-servicing of staff according to policies and procedures and federal/state requirements.</li>
<li>Policies &amp; Procedures - Learn to provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met, including following current applicable federal, state, and local standards, in line with our established policies and procedures to ensure that quality housekeeping services are provided at all times. </li>

Minimum Qualifications:

We are looking for experienced therapists to join our Intensive Behavioral Health Services Team on our mission to address the mental and behavioral health needs of the youth in our communities. Our ideal candidates will enjoy working with a variety of mental health needs across various settings that include home, school, and community. Our goal will be to assess the needs of the youth, develop an individualized treatment plan in collaboration with the child, their family, and other treatment team members, and provide them with the skills and support that allow them to successfully reach those goals.
This position works at our boys residential unit (CTUB) in Coatesville.
What Do I Need? Education and Experience Master's Degree required in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field. AND Must meet ONE of the following:

<li>Licensed in PA as a psychologist, professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed in PA as a Social Worker (LSW) or Behavior Specialist (BSL) and have a graduate degree that required a clinical or mental health direct service practicum</li>
<li>At least 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children up to and including age 21, and a graduate degree with at least nine (9) credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work or counseling; Or</li>
<li>Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree with at least nine (9) credits specific to clinical practice in psychology, social work, education counseling or a related field</li>
</ul>

What Will I Do?

<li>You will provide mobile and face-to-face therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups in a competent, professional and confidential manner</li>
<li>You will meet with the Clinical Supervisor for supervision as assigned and participate in scheduled staff and in-service meetings.</li>
<li>You will work in conjunction with CONCERN Case Managers to implement treatment plans and individual program descriptions.</li>

Hours of Work This position requires some flexibility with scheduling around client needs. May work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
What Will I Get? Billable Rates (Time spent providing direct care to your client) Licensed Mobile Therapist- $40/hr. Non-Licensed Mobile Therapist -$32/hr. ShelterCare is a non-profit that believes in "housing first", we meet people where they are. The STH program helps unhoused individuals experiencing mental health disabilites with temporary housing and shelter while they are engaged in a permanent housing program. The Peer Support Specialist will be assisting program participants in identifying their personal interests, goals, strengths/weaknesses, skills, resources and supports they will need to maintain housing and increase their independence. This position will also provide a model for both participant and other staff by demonstrating that recovery is possible; maintaing service logs, reports, records and notes according to agency guidelines.

The Peer Support Specialist is a full-time non-exempt position that will report to the STH Program Manager. The starting hourly wage for this position is $21.05 - $21.50 per hour; depending on a number of factors. 
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with working with people who have been homeless and/or have mental health needs is preferred; Credentials: Must be registered as a Peer Support Specialist with the Oregon Health Authority's Traditional Health Worker Registry or able to do so in the first 6 months of employment.
