<li>Conduct presentations with various clients or board members marketing-related membership plans and strategies.</li>

Member Relations:

<li>Establish and maintain great communications with existing Club members and staff.</li>
<li>Plan and execute monthly/quarterly New Member Introductions.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain New Member Orientation program.</li>
<li>Coordinate member communication relations, including newsletters, birthdays, anniversaries, and or sympathy announcements as needed. </li>
</ul>
Administration:
<ul>
<li>Develop a complete understanding of BHCC membership classifications, fee schedules, rules, and regulations.</li>
<li>Be the point-of-contact for all existing and new member inquiries.</li>
<li>Coordinates social activities and maintains a calendar of events.</li>
<li>Develop and adhere to departmental budget to assure revenue goals are attained. </li>
<li>Attend/Participate in staff meetings.</li>
<li>Create and maintain new membership kits. </li>
<li>Report approved new members to the accounting department to initiate proper set up of administration of memberships.</li>
<li>Manage Club membership directory and assist members with website and mobile app inquiries.</li>
<li>Work with the Club accounting department to monitor accounts receivable.</li>
<li>Complete special projects as assigned by C.O.O./General Manager or the Board of Directors.</li>
<li>Manages and directs the Communications Manager tasks, position requirements and performance.</li>
<li>Use of the Jonas system and applicable Microsoft Office systems.</li>

Candidate Qualifications

<li>Five to Seven + years of private club experience in membership sales</li>
<li>College degree preferred.</li>

Membership and Communications Director

<h3>Job Description</h3>
The YMCA is for Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility. Under the supervision of the Membership Director, this position will represent the YMCA in a manner in accordance with the mission and goals of the YMCA.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000
Expectations:

<li>Provide excellent member service by exceeding member expectations including being a good listener, caring about member’s well-being and checking in on their progress. Staff must also take the initiative to talk with members and to make them feel welcome.</li>
<li>Make eye contact with members as much as possible when talking to them.</li>
<li>Ask members how they are doing or if they are having a good day as they come into the facility or during classes.</li>

Principle Duties:
<ul>
<li>Be on time, ready to start work at Welcome Center at beginning of your shift, dressed in uniform and name-tag, no matter the weather. This position works a Tuesday – Saturday schedule year round.</li>
<li>Be open and willing to be a substitute to work a shift where there is no coverage, including opening, closing and weekend shifts.</li>
<li>Assist in meeting and exceeding monthly and annual membership sales goals.</li>

<li>Train staff on Welcome Center policies and procedures and monitor efficiency and accuracy,</li>
<li>Assist in grass roots marketing including flyering, tabling, and attending special community events as needed</li>
<li>Train welcome center staff on data entry system, protocols, tours and set high expectations of customer service,</li>
<li>Work some nights and weekends as assigned.</li>
<li>Perform program and camp registrations as well as membership sign-ups in data entry system.</li>

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
