ABOUT THE ROLE
Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, inputs and processes weekly payroll including time and attendance. Administers benefit programs, including enrollments and cancellation of coverage, open enrollment, benefit invoice processing and account reconciliation and vendor updates/communications. Enters new hire information into various systems and performs timely creation and updates of all current and former employee personnel files. Assists with general HR functions including administrative paperwork, responding to questions and providing information upon request from members (internal and external), processing requests/transactions as appropriate, assisting employees and potential employees in understanding the Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (in descending order of importance and should be no more than 10, if possible)

<li>Manages the annual open enrollment process, benefits fairs, benefits trainings and new hire orientation benefit meetings.</li>
<li>Partners with the Sr. HRIS Analyst to ensure benefit and census information for employees is up to date in HRIS.</li>

Education

Summary: ProCare is the largest privately held Worker’s Compensation transportation and language services provider. We are currently interviewing for an Administrative Support Coordinator for our Tampa-based customer service center to help our Provider Relations department. Our team emphasizes providing strong customer service approach for our client companies in their efforts to efficiently arrange transportation services as well as to provide language services in over 200 languages.
Data Entry Clerk ($15/hour):
The responsibilities of a Data Entry Clerk include, but are not limited to, posting cash receipts into our proprietary system PRIME, , and maintaining a check log. The coordinator also invoices, reconciles discrepancies between paid and billed amounts, and communicates these to our payers in a polite and professional manner via e-mail and/or telephone. Billing and Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable. The coordinator will also help the Finance department as needed with functions including mailing checks, and filing as needed. It is important the candidate is detail oriented, fast and accurate. Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task, and be a strong team player. Candidate should possess good written and oral communication skills.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Entering received check data into the ProCare’s proprietary system</li>
<li>Accounts receivable, check reconciliation, and A/R follow-up</li>
<li>Filing, matching of invoices to checks, in high volume environment</li>
<li>Creating paper and electronic invoices from.</li>
<li>Calculating and entering cost, price, and margin into ProCare’s proprietary system</li>
<li>Creating provider invoices and reconciling against invoices received.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor, Team Lead or member of management</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) &amp; Internet, with emphasis in Excel</li>
<li>Well organized, multi-tasked and attentive to details</li>
