As an International Amazon Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving online sales, enhancing product visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve managing inventory, running targeted campaigns, and expanding the product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Inventory Management:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the buyer and factory to transfer inventory to channel.</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels, ensure accuracy, and optimize availability.</li>
<li>Create and maintain product listings across international Amazon accounts.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Margin
<ul>
<li>Ensure products are priced at profitable and performing MSRP’S.</li>
<li>Run Margin sheets and keep costs down wherever possible.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Marketing Campaigns:
<ul>
<li>Run sponsored campaigns (e.g., Amazon ads) to boost product visibility.</li>
<li>Implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Product Expansion:
<ul>
<li>Evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for new products within the existing catalog.</li>
<li>Decide on additional product offerings based on customer demand and competitive analysis.</li>
<li>When necessary, work with buyers to create international versions of existing products.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Data Analytics:
<ul>
<li>Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze sales data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain records related to inventory, sales, and marketing efforts.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ol>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.</li>
<li>Experience with Amazon ads a plus.</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.</li>

Job Description
The customer support specialist is responsible for being a product-at-large expert who maintains the frontline of technical and customer service for cyclist enthusiasts with potential to learn other merchandise.
Main Essential Duties and Functions of Job Position (but not limited to):
· Fields inbound channels (phone, email, chat, messenger) and answers consumer questions and solves issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Troubleshoots product issues and handles warranty claims and RA processes.
· Identifies opportunities to generate additional revenue through up-selling or ongoing marketing promotions.
· Utilizes multiple software platforms, including Navision software for order entry and ZenDesk customer support, to document orders and consumer contracts.
· Organizes and maintains all required records and documentation as required by internal processes and procedures.
· Works with shipping and production departments for timely and efficient shipping or products.
· Assist CS manager with written documentation, response generation, and other knowledge based written materials as requested.
· Maintains professional demeanor during all interactions with customers and co-workers.
· Provides suggestions for improvement of department.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
· Professional communication skills, written and verbal
· Ability to learn and remember technical product information
· Ability to remain calm to excel in fast-paced environments
· Highly organized with good follow through
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Requirements:

<li>Must be able to lift up to 20lbs, sit for extended periods of time, stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, walk and/or run</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
· Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the US
· Must be able to read, write and speak English
· Must pass a Background Check
