POSITION OVERVIEW
The Reboot Lounge Providers are responsible for providing luxurious treatments while delivering a unique experience to each guest and maintaining a high-level of guest service for the overall spa journey. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

<li>Provides luxury spa treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices</li>
<li>Perform treatments using tools and equipment while guests are sitting in loungers</li>
<li>Performing foot masks, scrubs, and specialized treatments from trades around the world</li>
<li>Provide express treatments to guests looking for a quick recharge</li>
<li>Perform treatments in spa to guests looking for a longer relaxation treatment when needed</li>
<li>Provide wellness knowledge and actively suggest other products/services to customize guest experience</li>
<li>Ensure that the spa and reboot lounge is neat, clean, and well stocked</li>
<li>Be able to assist in other areas of the spa as needed including reception and spa areas without being prompted to do so</li>
<li>Ensure to keep equipment in working condition and report any damage and/or broken equipment to leadership</li>
<li>Welcome and interact with guests as they enter and exit the facility</li>
<li>Provide a luxury experience while engaging conversations with guests and Members</li>
<li>Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all guest requests;  Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction</li>
<li>Ensure all areas of the spa are kept clean and well maintained</li>
<li>Attend and participate in support training and staff meetings</li>
<li>Ensure all Fontainebleau core values, property and department standards are implemented and applied</li>
<li>Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary</li>

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Certificates, Licenses or Registrations:Must have current Georgia license, national certification and Liability Insurance in good standing. Continuing education is key. Within 2-3 years of hire, all Equani massage therapists must have post-graduate certifications in deep tissue, hot stone massage, reflexology, Shiatsu and Reiki. The time frame for post-graduate work is as follows: to complete a minimum of 40 hours of deep tissue, 24 hours of stones, 24 hours of reflexology, 40 hours of Shiatsu, and Levels 1 &amp; 2 of Reiki. All post-graduate certifications must be through a Nationally Certified, Category A provider unless approved by Spa Director. Distance learning will not be recognized. 
Other Qualifications: Must be bright and personable and be able to work as part of a team. Should be highly service oriented, posses exemplary personal skills and be well organized. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Should be able to understand Brasstown Valley Resort &amp; Spa’s objectives and have the potential to achieve employee and departmental goals.

<li>Participate in all spa activities including staff meetings, educational events, workshops, inventory or promotions.</li>
<li>Assist in clean-up and housekeeping duties. Therapists are responsible for cleaning and resetting the treatment room after each service. Re-stock treatment supplies as needed. Request additional supplies needed from the Spa Inventory Specialist in the Spa Storeroom. The entire spa staff will share all housekeeping duties. Duties may include: Rolling of towels, re-setting showers, re-setting supplies, promotional mailings, cleaning/sanitizing and assisting fellow staff members as necessary. Therapists must check out with both the shift the Shift Supervisor prior to leaving each day. </li>
<li>Perform consultation and post treatment prescriptions and product recommendations for each guest.</li>
<li>Do not smoke while you are on a shift, nor on property.</li>
<li>Any issues regarding sexual harassment by a guest should immediately be brought to the attention of a Spa Director or Manager.</li>
<li>The resort functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours per day. All Associates must realize this fact and be aware that it may be necessary to adjust the Associate’s work schedule from his/her accustomed shift due to business demands.</li>
<li>Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other Resort associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.</li>
