The position of Wealth Planner for The Coury Firm’s Private Wealth division (the “Firm”) will be responsible for directly supporting the Firm’s Wealth Advisors on all aspects of a client relationship. Duties include helping coordinate and drive the delivery of wealth management and multi-family office services to our clients and serving as the Wealth Advisor’s primary internal resource for workflow management and execution. <li> Assist Advisor(s) with setting client meetings, preparing for meetings, and maintaining regular communication with clients to share information, check-in, or respond to their inquiries and requests.</li>
<li> Assist Advisor(s) in estate and trust settlement and administration duties.</li>
<li> Monitor client account transactions and work in tandem with the Advisor(s) to verify accuracy.</li>
<li> Process and monitor transaction requests by clients working in collaboration with the Advisor(s) and the operations and investment teams.</li>
<li> Oversee the calculation and generation of periodic reports and statements and distribute appropriately, such as RMDs, IRA distributions, and income tax reporting.</li>

<li> Maintain prospect and client files, CRM database, and accounting software to keep current for sorting, reporting, scheduling, fee-tracking and marketing.</li>
<li> Collaboration with other Account Administrators and other internal partners to develop best practices, strategize, cross-train, develop new employees, and problem solve.</li>

Qualifications:

<li> Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.</li>
<li> Basic typing, computer and software skills are required.</li>
<li> Experience with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet preparation is preferred.</li>

About the Role:
The Account Manager role will include sourcing and developing promotional products domestically and internationally, meeting and exceeding revenue and contribution targets set in the monthly and yearly forecast along with achieving our client contract commitments.
Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage total end-to-end point of sale requirements, from initial brief through to quotes, proof approvals, and quality standards to the successful delivery of all items.</li>
<li>Maintain day-to-day project planner working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all signoffs and deadlines are met following the critical path timeline.</li>
<li>Liaise daily with the internal procurement team, external creative agencies, and local and global suppliers, ensuring each product is developed to the brief</li>
<li>Ensure customer service is a priority. Identify and resolve all issues relating to customers within agreed SLAs.</li>
<li>Ensure the team produces accurate customer quotations and ensures quality samples and artwork for proposals. Diligently follow up all quotations distributed to generate orders.</li>
<li>Ensure that the client sales and profit budget is exceeded and that all costs related to your team orders are strictly controlled.</li>
<li>Provide professional presentations to customers as required.</li>
<li>Participate in proactive innovation to develop and maintain business relationships, improve product knowledge and identify opportunities to increase sales.</li>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li>Proven track record in managing client POS solutions, outsourcing, and beers/spirits experience would be of advantage</li>
