Key Responsibilities

<li>Erect, install, and connect steel columns, beams, joists, and decking </li>
<li>Perform bolt-up, welding, or other securement per project specifications </li>

<li>Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and erection plans </li>
<li>Work safely at elevated heights with proper fall protection </li>
<li>Rig and guide materials during lifts, communicating clearly with crane operators </li>

Qualifications

<li>Experience with torches, welders, grinders, and ironworking tools (preferred) </li>
<li>Physically capable of lifting 50–100 lbs, climbing, bending, and working outdoors </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation </li>
