About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be partnering with our clients to design workflows, lead customer-facing working sessions, and configure the Shipwell TMS Platform for new client implementations. The project will begin at the close of sale and progress through post-go-live to ensure a successful introduction to the Shipwell Platform.
<ul>
<li>You are the primary lead for the project kickoff, workflow design discussions, and the support of client testing, training, and best practice TMS utilization. </li>
<li>Evaluate current client processes and translate them into a future state design within the TMS</li>
<li>Guide the client to a successful go-live based on milestones and tasks from detailed project plans.</li>
<li>Partner with Shipwell Integration teams for alignment on ERP and Carrier connectivity.</li>
<li>Partners with the client to define workflow needs and implement the scope of the project (understanding their culture, priorities and goals)</li>
<li>Great at developing and maintaining customer relationships through various communication methods during the implementation process.</li>
<li>Able to convey client needs internally, driving the resources needed for successful implementations</li>
<li>Identify and address resolution of customer related issues during the implementation process by escalating to the appropriate department or management.</li>
<li>Utilize Salesforce to update the status of ongoing client implementations.</li>
<li>Manage multiple implementations simultaneously.</li>
<li>You are a motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a team.</li>
<li>You work well under pressure, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
What you need to have:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of SaaS Software Implementation and experience in a fast-paced, complex operational environment.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in the logistics industry. Preferably involving:</li>
<ul>
<li>Full Truckload, Less than Truckload and/or brokerage operations,</li>
<li>Procurement and vendor relations</li>
<li>Experience with logistics system integrations involving an ERP and/or TMS</li>
</ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Superb written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>Demonstrated product expertise and the ability to learn new products</li>
</ul>
What is Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in logistics or related business field</li>
<li>Technical skills: SQL, ability to use Postman to access API endpoints, data configuration and troubleshooting</li>
<li>Experience demonstrating software to both technical and non-technical people</li>

---The Salary Range for this role is between $80,000 - $90,000. Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Title: Implementation Consultant Department: Customer Success
Reports to: Manager, Implementation Consultants 
Job Summary: Specright is looking to hire an Implementation Consultant within our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Customer Implementations and Product Implementation strategy for the Specright product, which is built on the Salesforce platform. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Director of Implementation and Implementation Consultant Manager. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Software Engineering. In this role, you will get the chance to work with exciting customers such as Johnson &amp; Johnson, Jack in the Box, and Caterpillar.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a SaaS solution design or consulting position, show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have an understanding of consumer goods and manufacturing businesses.
Responsibilities and Duties

<ul>
<li>Responsible for the solution design of customer solutions and ensuring implementation success for projects with Mid Market and Enterprise customers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Define and document solution design, user stories and requirements inclusive of configuration, custom development and data migration</li>
<li>Work with the Solution Data Architect &amp; Project Manager to define a scope and deliverables for a successful implementation</li>
<li>Consult, lead and guide customers with best practices in business transformation and process optimization as part of a Specright implementation</li>
<li>Help customers transform their business with SDM technology </li>
<li>Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in Specright with Salesforce.com admin functions</li>
<li>Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data</li>
<li>Work one-on-one with clients in the following industries: beauty and cosmetics, consumer goods, packaging, food &amp; beverage, wine &amp; spirits, automotive, and chemicals</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training to boost technical knowledge, as well as Salesforce &amp; Industry standards (i.e. Trailhead, etc)</li>
</ul>
Qualifications

<li>3+ years experience required, ideally within manufacturing or tech industries</li>
