Job Description

<li>Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.</li>
<li>Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.</li>
<li>Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS</li>
<li>Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI</li>
<li>Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal</li>
<li>Skilled in creating and managing databases with the use of relevant software such as MySQL, Hadoop, or MongoDB</li>

Systems Analysis - AWS (Hybrid)

We're a well-established Engineering Firm in need of a full-time Office/Financial Manager to manage 
the hub of our information flow. We're a small but growing company, so we all wear multiple hats and 
are engaged in the big picture to deliver projects for our clients. Though this position is a supportive 
role, it is integral to the success of our company. We have an open, accountable work environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

<li>• General office duties: design and maintain filing systems, document and optimize operational </li>
</ul>
procedures, order supplies, and maintain historical records.
<ul>
<li>Accounts payable: code and process invoices for payment.</li>
<li>Client invoicing.</li>
<li>Manage Accounts Receivable: generate statements and follow up on outstanding invoices, when necessary.</li>
<li>Projects: set up projects in Ajera software; assist managers as needed.</li>
<li>Monthly reconciliations and reporting to accounting firm.</li>

Required skills and qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices.</li>
<li>Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and planning skills, and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to take initiative, self-start, multitask, and prioritize tasks.</li>
<li>Capable of mastering the basic functions of Ajera software.</li>
<li>Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and meeting deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.</li>
</ul>
Experience and Education:
<ul>
<li>5 years' proven experience working in a private company with accounting preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.</li>
</ul>
Location: Jasper, IN
