About the Role
The Managing Director, Play for P.I.N.K. (MDPFP) is a strategicleader responsible for managing and growing Play for P.I.N.K.’sfundraising program. They will play a key role in developing thePFP Board, staff and volunteers in a manner that will grow PFP’srevenue and will work in partnership with other BCRF team membersto develop collaborations and other opportunities in support ofPFP’s mission. 
Reporting to BCRF’s President &amp; CEO, the Managing Directoris responsible for driving strategy for board and volunteerdevelopment and expanding PFP’s fundraising efforts. The ManagingDirector supervises two full-time staff positions as well asconsultants and vendors. They will also partner closely with BCRF’sChief Operating Officer who serves as PFP’s Chief FinancialOfficer.  
The successful candidate will have expertise in managingvolunteer Boards and volunteer-led events. They must be anexceptionally mission-driven strategist with a successful marketingand fundraising track record and a gifted communicator andcollaborator. 
Primary Responsibilities

<li>As part of BCRF’s overall strategic plan, develop and implementan inspiring strategy and action plan that advances the PFPorganization’s overall mission.</li>

Qualifications

Community Partnerships The YFS Program Manager is responsible to build and maintain collaborative community partner relationships with key stakeholders including Oregon Health Authority, CCO, schools, Early Learning Hub and Salem Health.

<li>Collaborations should be focused on breaking down barriers and silos with an eye toward whole person-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and behavioral health access for all.</li>
<li>Build positive relationships and collaborate with internal leaders and external stakeholders. </li>
<li>Represent the Marion County Behavioral Health Division by participating in meetings, committees, and Board sessions as assigned by the Division Director. </li>

Budget, Contract and Grant Management Provide expertise, oversight and support of grant application and implementation, contracts, and budget, including required outcomes.

<li>Work with Administrative Services budget analyst to prepare budget requests by projecting resource needs and preparing required documentation. </li>
<li>Provide advice and input on the division's budget to the Division Director. </li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of financial contract requirements/deliverables and ensure that these are timely fulfilled.</li>
<li>Work with the Behavioral Health Operations Team to research and applies for grants and other funding/revenue sources to finance services provided in programs.</li>

Quality Assurance and Program Development Supports supervisors and ensures that data drives decision making, alongside adherence to department mission and values, trauma-informed and person-centered care, and evidence-based practices.

<li>Use data, client, and community input to inform decision-making and design actionable solutions to challenges, optimizing the services and supports provided by the division.</li>
<li>Work with Behavioral Health Operations Team and Quality Assurance Coordinator to assess program-level performance and quality gaps; initiate continuous quality improvement projects; make data-driven program development recommendations to the executive leadership team.</li>

Position Summary
The Grant Manager position is full-time, 40 hours per week (exempt, benefits available) and will primarily take place at our Little Village or Humboldt Park locations. The Grant Manager is responsible for managing overall grant efforts and grant writers, contractual communications and compliance with funders, and submitting accurate grant requirements on time. May require some local travel (reimbursable). Pay commensurate with experience. This position is in-person.
Job Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposal (RFPs), and coordinating/attending strategy meetings and informational sessions.</li>
<li>Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing requests, review, editing, approval, and submission.</li>
<li>Oversees the grant writing process.</li>
<li>Attends pre-submittal meetings, bidder’s conferences, webinars, roundtables, etc. as needed.</li>
<li>Enters and monitors tracking data for application deadlines, renewals, LOI’s, RFP releases, etc.</li>
<li>Assures on time applications.</li>
<li>Is the main contact for funder related proposal process/reporting inquiries.</li>
<li>Identifies and communicates risks associated with proposals.</li>
<li>Leads the organization of updated proposal information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, evaluation, and other data.</li>
<li>Manages the grant writer and the grant writing process. Manages the grant process fully through each step including presenting a summary of grant opportunities to the Executive Team for application decision, conversations with Operations team to inform narrative/budget and communicating changes of budgets and reporting requirements at every stage.</li>
<li>Implements staff annual review.</li>
<li>Is the main contact for grant writer contractors.</li>
<li>Determines and delegates grant writing to internal grant writer or contractors.</li>
<li>Assists in grant writing as needed.</li>
<li>Stays knowledgeable and up to date of current funding trends, funder requests, and NLC strategic plan.</li>
<li>Produces documents, receipts and correspondence regarding activities and progress as necessary for consistent evaluation of program and timely report submittal.</li>
<li>Approves credit card report and timecard.</li>
<li>Supervision includes on-site visits, regular check-ins, and break-out planning meetings.</li>
<li>Maintains accuracy of budget if applicable.</li>
<li>Participates in required evaluations and audits.</li>

With grant funds from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), DOHMH is undertaking a new initiative that will meet critical infrastructure needs and make possible strategic investments that will have lasting effects on public health. The selected candidate will be an employee of Public Health Solutions, a nonprofit organization which is the fiscal and administrative manager of the grant but will work be supervised by DOHMH. This is a grant-funded position ending in November 2027.
DOHMH’s Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response (OEPR) was created to promote DOHMH’s and NYC’s ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from health emergencies. OEPR coordinates agency-wide emergency preparedness planning, exercises and training, evaluation, information sharing, operations and logistics, and coordination with healthcare partners, community stakeholders, City, State, and federal partners. OEPR’s work focuses on promoting and protecting public health through emergency preparedness and response; and recognizes that social inequities negatively impact our efforts to maintain and improve the health of NYC during and after a disaster. With these inequities in mind, OEPR is also working to improve its application of a social justice and racial equity lens to its emergency preparedness and response work. Job description:
DOHMH has an opening for a Grant Contract Manager. Reporting to the Director of Grants Management, the Grant Contract Manager will be responsible for facilitating the management of federal funds designated for public health workforce, infrastructure, and data modernization. This includes providing programmatic, grants, and administrative support for DOHMH programs, including initiating, implementing, monitoring and reporting on grant-funded projects in collaboration with funded programs.
Duties:

<li>Collaborate with fiscal agent’s procurement team to manage competitive bid processes, including reviewing documents, developing timelines, and sharing information between fiscal agent and funded programs to support every step of bid process</li>
<li>Provide ongoing programmatic and administrative support to funded programs to elicit updates, provide guidance, set expectations as well as identify issues and next steps.</li>
<li>Ensure grant progress reports and other deliverables clearly and accurately describe DOHMH’s progress in achieving goals and objectives of funding.</li>
<li>Document grant-related procurement and contracting processes, as well as identify timelines and make recommendations for improved effectiveness of initiating and implementing projects.</li>
<li>Participate in Incident Command System (ICS) during public health emergency responses.</li>

Qualifications:
