<li>Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects</li>
<li>Complete pool and exercise room equipment repairs if necessary</li>
<li>Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs</li>
<li>Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate </li>
<li>Work with Chief Engineer and Management team to identify and accomplish all technical and skilled related projects </li>
<li>Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team </li>
<li>When required, report to Hotel in bad weather conditions for maintenance of Hotel's exterior (snow shoveling, ice melting, etc.)</li>

<li>Ability and willingness to respond to emergency situations on short notice</li>
<li>Responsible for knowing Hotel emergency procedures</li>
